From here on out this dish will only be referred to as "Southern Breakfast Chili".
I think we should be able to walk into a diner and order "Southern Breakfast Chili" along with an assortment of toppings. Imagine ordering a bowl of Southern Breakfast Chili and biscuits. Or Southern Breakfast Chili and chicken fried steak cut into strips for dipping

From Restaurants and Diners to the common dinner table. We need to change the Stigma of serving this wonderful, savory, sausage infused chili, not as just a topping but as the main dish. With your help we can revolutionize our breakfast and right the wrongs of the past. Please help me in the effort to bring down Big Breakfast.
